Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through the site, on what basis, and how we use and store it. Last updated: 3 August 2026.
Data controller

What data we collect
Through the site forms we collect only the data you provide: name, email, phone, company name and company ID (optional) and the content of your message. The site requires no registration and collects no other personal data.
Legal basis and purposes
We process inquiry data under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request), to answer your inquiry and prepare a quote. Client data is processed to perform the contract and to meet legal obligations under accounting and tax law.
Who has access
Form messages are delivered to us via the Web3Forms service, and the site is hosted by Cloudflare, both acting as processors. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention
Inquiry data that does not lead to a contract is kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Client data is kept for the periods required by accounting and tax legislation.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only technically necessary storage (remembering your cookie consent and language). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only if you explicitly accept them from the banner; before that, no data is sent to Google.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@bg-accounting.eu; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
Language versions of the site
The English, Ukrainian and Russian translations are being edited. The Bulgarian version is the authoritative one; unreviewed language versions are marked as such and are not indexed by search engines until reviewed.
